Nurturing Leadership: Empowering a Volunteer Community

Objective

In my role as the president of a 90+ volunteer group, I aimed to enhance community engagement and leadership skills among volunteers.

Solution

I oversaw responsibilities for over 100 activities/events and established three specialized media teams, fostering a culture of cooperation and teamwork.
